Whether selling from the convenience of your garage or at a designated Stratas Auctions facility, all of our auction services will be at your disposal. We provide you with the services of an in-person auction but in a more convenient and simpler platform.

Consignment Submission
To submit your vehicle, use the online submission form or print the paper application to complete and send the application via email, or simply drop it in the mail whenever you’re ready. Once we’ve received your application, a Stratas Auctions Specialist will reach out to you to discuss your consignment.

Service and Fees
Once your vehicle has been accepted, you and your Stratas Auctions Specialist will decide on consignment terms. From photography services to preview options, you’ll have the opportunity to design a consignment package that works best for you. Stratas Auctions offers consignments terms based on the type of services you’d like to utilize:
Consignment Fee: $500
Professional Photography Service Option: $500

Getting Ready to Sell
Whether you’re a well-seasoned collector and seller or have never sold a car at auction before, your Stratas Auctions team is here to help throughout the entire process. After completing the consignment agreement, we’ll get started! In addition to working directly with your Stratas Auctions Specialist, you’ll have a whole team of industry experts behind you, including client service representatives and a marketing team that will ensure your vehicle will be showcased in front of an international audience of prospective buyers.
After we’ve set your listing up for success with photography, exclusive catalog content, and a robust digital marketing strategy, we’re ready for your listing to go live, offering your vehicle at a time that’s most convenient for you.
Time for Auction!
If you’ve chosen to start your auction with an online Preview, your listing will be viewable in the Preview section of the website. This allows prospective buyers more time to ask question about your listing and arrange an in-person viewing.
Once your Preview is complete, your listing will move into a 7-day Live Auction where bidding can begin! During the Live Auction, bidders can get support from a Stratas Auctions Specialist and engage with consignors directly to schedule viewings, or leave comments and questions on the listing.
When the Auction Ends
Once the auction is complete, you will receive a notification of the final bid, then Stratas Auctions will connect you with the winning bidder to conclude the sale. An auction Specialist will assist through the completion of the sale and ensure that both parties are following through on the arrangements agreed upon in both the Seller’s and Buyer’s Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you’ve read and agree to all Terms and conditions of sale.
